If, for some unexpected reason, an item won't be delivered within our standard 3 to 10 business days, we will contact you with an update when to expect the item.

Floor Scrubber USA ships to addresses within the mainland of USA, excluding Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
